Here comes the Sun

Blue skies over valley

Blue skies at last, and this is the third day in a row without rain . . . .

The Sun, the hearth of affection and life, pours burning love on the delighted earth.
Arthur Rimbaud

Rimbaud was a French poet much quoted by Eric Cantona during his time with Manchester United, so mystifying Alex Ferguson and TV interviewers. His name is pronounced Rambo, but he was very unlike the book/film character whose name he apparently inspired.

You know where you will ultimately earn yourself a handsome pension…..putting all your writings into one of those ‘Englishman sorts life out in France’ books – one of the highest literary class and interest, of course. And you are so full of weather facts!

Brilliant photo at the top of the page too, so i can see you are using your time and equipment well! This is by way of an Xmas and new year greeting. Christmas card writing has been compressed into tiny spaces between the usual stuff. Have a great festive season and a successful llama breeding new year!
