Courtesy of a large ash tree that must have fallen several years ago, we are likely to be self sufficient for heating wood this winter.<\/p>\n

I’ve fitted a new chain to the chain-saw and dug out the splitting axe and sledge hammer. Lots of physical work, reminding me of the old saying <\/p>\n
